I finally got around to it! Moved my Deco Multi out into the middle of my gameroom and took some pix. This is a pretty obscure kit, I heard less than 10 kits were made by D. Widel:

Love that Peter Pepper on the ladder is on the game selection screen.

That's beautiful, man. I toyed with the idea of getting a deco system and installing the kit into my midway burgertime a while back when Dave was working on these. I lost ambition and it never happened. I just wanted to add the ice cream factory and bump n jump. Love those games.

...

Yeah please do. I'd like to see the art on your cab.
Ive seen quite a lot of different colors on these cabs.

I love that original marquee. I think it would be awesome to make a custom cabinet with that marquee and the sides like the other burger time. Except, it uses that color scheme and has the character from that marquee instead on the sides.

wow that is loud! Is tomahawk your game or just a pic you found. My cabinets sides match the theme of the front. I thought I did take some better pics, but it was not in the deco folder..

I am pretty busy this next week getting caught up from cax delayed stuff, but next week I will get on it and get some good pics (maybe even install the widel kit into it).

I am pretty sure this is the Euro version. I have only seen those cabinets in the UK but some could be here. I always considered the version of the cabinet MrBill has and then the ugly version not pictured (the ones I have :001_ssad: ) as the US version but I think some of all versions have ended up in the USA by now. I have never seen the white one like John's or the large DECO logo on the CP like that. Looks nice.

Nice cabinet, I've got the tacky wood grain.

There was a second run earlier this year in which I sold the leftovers that didn't sell the first time around. I think the total's around 15 now.

I have some blank pcbs so there could be another run eventually. It won't be for a quite a
while though as I have no free time anymore. These days I don't even check my email but once every couple of months.

Eggs was interesting, it doesn't actually run on deco cassette hardware, it was close enough I stuck it on. I suspect it started out on cassette hardware and was moved to something else when they started Technos. Technos was founded by some guys who left Deco to start their own company.

As an experiment I actually had centipede running on it after only about an hour of hacking but the mushrooms didn't show up which made it a little hard to play and I quit on it. Iirc there's some kind of vblank interrupt to draw the mushrooms, but the game doesn't need it to play which is kind of weird.
