As I am preparing to finish up my Atari System 1 cabinet I've come to the point where I install T-Molding.

I'd purchased some dark blue T-Molding for this very purpose. I figured it went with the side art well.

Unfortunately the cab will be stuck between 2 other cabs and the side art won't really be seen.

I also have some red T-Molding just sitting around. The red T-molding doesn't go with the sides so much (which are blue / grey), but it does go better with both the Marble Madness and Indiana Jones control panels...

What to do? What to do? I am leaning toward sticking with the dark blue... but...

Personally, I think orange would look sweet with Indian Jones, (but would look terrible with Marble).

If you're dead set against just running black t-molding and you'd have to choose blue or red, I'd go with red.

I've seen yellow (phet) on a Road Runner and it looked sweet... and I've seen light blue on a Marble Madness and it looked good too. I actually was MEANING to get the light blue but I screwed up and got the dark.

I have the same problem with my Multi Williams.
The cab is all black so I really don't want to use black T-Molding.
I am using TOG Multi stencils in the yellow and red Defender color scheme and am thinking of using either red or yellow T-Molding.

i've used light blue on mine, but i think the euro system 1 sidearts are a little bit different in color than the us versions. i'm planning on using orange for indiana jones and yellow for road runner to make each cabinet distinct. don't have peter packrat yet ...

I would go with the dark blue.

it matches the side art, so if you ever have to pull out the cabinet, then it won't have to change it to look good

I agree, go with what does justice for the cab & art itself. Games that are around could always change, and then the red would be pointless to have installed. Just my noob $0.02
