Any idea what these are worth? I have access to 8 of them. The projection screen were replaced with LCD monitors. One is missing the LCD..another has a non-working LCD.

They are the bigger Daytona you sit inside of

Located in the Columbus OH area

Edit: Stock picture for reference

Thanks!!

I tried to sell a PAIR of working games with reasonably good projection monitors for $650 about a year ago on KLOV...... with no love.

Since then, I decided to keep them and have made new monitor boxes to hold the LCD and reduce the footprint.

The machines are big and really heavy. Everyone thinks they have gold if they own a cabinet, but no one is buying. If I had space, I would pick up 6 more..... but then my wife would kick me out of the house as well.

About what I figured. I was going to offer them for 1k for a pair with the 50" LCD upgrades and see what happens. Also they do not have the cars...they are just seats behind the giant LCD.

Probably worth more in parts. I'll try moving them as complete first

The model with just the seats (not the complete cars) with the 50" monitors are "Super Deluxe" and are Pneumatic (they move). From my understanding, there has to be an air compressor attached to the cabinets for the motion to work correctly.

Interesting. That's probably why they have a 'emergence shut off' switch the main consul.

Will be fun when I get a couple set up

Thanks

I did just confirm they are full motions..and fully working.

What I am not sure is if they can be ran just in pairs (for the motion thing) or if you needs them hooked up to the main console

Probably have to have the main console knowing sega. As for value, tough because very few people want to deal with something that big.

I paid 300 for my sega rally deluxe (not moving, has the car cockpit). It was working when I got it.
