davez contacted me and asked me to edit/delete my previous post and in return he would give me the $10 refund that I asked for. He went ahead and sent it anyway before I had a chance to reply.
So I came back here to delete my post... Until I read his response. He has lied to all of you. He in fact refused to give me a refund for the unit if I sent it back. He called me rude in his response. He was actually ignoring all of my emails until I mentioned negative feedback. He replies to me were quite rude. If any of you need proof, just PM me and I will be happy to forward the emails that we exchanged.
I only posted this to try and protect other people from his poor business practices. The fact that he refunded me before I replied, just screams 'guilty'.

like i said, i apologized for sending you the wrong adapter.. and i did refund you the $10.. its up to you if you still want to file a claim on paypal, it doesnt matter to me, its totally up to you...
and in no way did i ever act quote: behavior in this ordeal

do what you want to do, the sling box works.. nothing wrong with it other then i sent you the wrong power adapter.. im a VERY respected seller here on klov with over 30 transaction;s and alot of firends.. check out my feedback here... and yes i have refuned people befor no questions asked if something i did was wrong, i have given people full refund's here, like i said it was my fault that you got the wrong power adapter, so i did refund you the $10 as you requested
oh yah and the 1 negitave feedback was because UPS crushed a package, in witch we are claiming for insurance so you will soon see that gone from my feedback...
if you would of recived the sling and it wasnt working then yes i would refund you the $$, but that wasnt the case it was working and you still got a very good deal on it since they sell for over 100 on ebay and you only paid 75...
as for the things you have typed alot of that stuff is not true. also this thread will probally get deleted since this transaction had nothing to do with KLOV, nor does it have ANYTHING to do with arcade parts or gaming of any type

rember beware of davez.. the fast shipper with the good cheap deals and all the arcade parts...haha
