All kidding aside, is there any real interest in this particular cabinet? I have spent a lot of time on this one and Brett has gone through a lot to get the first prototype finished, too. We have some serious investment into the project, thus far.
...and if you think it ends with MH dedicated cabs and SW cockpit cabs, you guys have no idea what else we have in store for you. Watch for more releases - crazy stuff!!! In fact, so crazy, it's stuff only I would bother to take on! Luckily, I've got some help on these - thanks Brett!!!!

I think the availability of the monitors is a critical step to getting this product moving.
Dave what are we looking at for prices on this one? Barebonz and complete without boards?

Well Its glad to see you guys let this out as I have kept it TOP SECRET for the last year
Its a great cab and the parts fit is fantastic
The control panel is out and I am waiting to get a quote from a local company to copy
Dave farmed this stuff out to me to help take things off his plate .
But just like him i run my own business so family and it come first

You can put me on the list. I was thinking of getting your store credit just for this particular project alone, but I didn't pull the trigger on that. The store credit may not have been valid for this project, anyway. I should have asked, but I did not think this was anywhere close to being realized. I have a working MH board (currently in a Tempest conversion) and one of your repro rollers, so I am already partway there. The Amp monitor project sounds fairly promising, but I have 2 working Amp's that I could cannibalize if push comes to shove. The SW cockpit is truly awe inspiring, but this MH dedicated project is even more so, IMO, and it would be my personal grail. Like I said, you can count me as being "in".

Dave, if you can get that monitor project for these games off the ground, you will have a huge market for the cabs and parts, as people will flock to being able to get a complete game.

I've been contemplating dumping more money into the monitor project to, hopefully, convince the manufacturer to hurry the tubes along. However, I've invested so heavily into the arcade hobby over the last five years, I'm thinking it's time to ease up a little bit. Maybe even bring some extra help on-board to take some of the load off of my shoulders (and wallet). Don't worry, the projects are still progressing and will be done!!
Anyhow, the rest of the parts for the Amp monitor project is relatively easy by comparison. I've been watching the clock tick away on this one for the last three years now.....it's definitely progressing as far as everything EXCEPT the tubes, so that's something, at least. Maybe I'll just sell the boards and yokes for starters..
BTW, I've been quietly working on the 6100's too. The tubes are being made at the same place.

hey James. The cabs are ordered thorugh me, so unfortunately the store credit doesn't apply to cabinets. The material costs, and labor would not make these feasible at 50% off! Major havok cabs should be test fitted and ready to sell in the next 30 - 60 days. thanks!

Dave, have you investigated getting used tubes from Hawkeye (http://www.hawkeyepicturetube.com/) until such time as you can get the korean ones made? I have no idea if they'd have the right tube or in the quantity you'd want, but if the tube is the blocking issue right now, maybe something worth looking into?

Is Major Havok the retard bootleg sequel to Major Havoc? I have a Majer Havek prototype in my collection, but the two squirrels who run the power supply have died.
The Major havok will be ready in 30-60 days. Can this be ordered in Kit and completed form?
