Darius original (3 monitor) stand up questions and information

So I just picked up an original dedicated Darius stand up cabinet this past week. Its got a few issues I want to work on and I'm looking for some information.

1. Anyone know where I can find documents or the manual for this? I haven't been able to find anything. It came with a few sheets for the monitors, but no paper work for cabinet/game itself.

2. As you can see in the video I've linked to the right monitor has some warping at the top and jitters occasionally. Is that just an adjustment with the pots on the board or is it in need of a cap kit? I've adjust monitors in other games I've owned, but their issues look a bit different than this and wanted an opinion before I start messing with it (I hate working on monitors lol).

2. I am under the assumption this game originally came with Wico 8 way leaf joysticks and that is what I found in the cab. However one of the grommets is completely shot, like fully rotted out. Is there are good source for NOS original grommets or are the ebay "NOS" ones a decent replacement? I heard the ebay ones are a bit stiffer than the originals.

3. Since I believe the cab originally had leaf joysticks were the buttons also leaf? All the buttons in it currently are mircoswitch style. If they are originally suppose to be microswitch I have plenty of extra ones I can replace them out with, but if they were originally leafs I'd like to swap them back to those. If that is the case is there a good source for new leaf switches?

4. There seems to be a layer of filth on the control panel and I want to give it a really good cleaning, but I also don't want to damage the colors of the original art. Are there any suggestions as to cleaning methods? Are magic erasers safe if used lightly, or is there another method that is safer that works?

5. Where can I find latches for the CP? Previous owner removed them and screwed the CP down from the top.

6. Lastly the cooling fans in it are super loud. I'd love to replace them with some good quiet ones since the machine is inside my home. Any suggestions on good fan replacements that don't output a lot of noise?

Here are some photos and a video of it running.
