Daphne muti laser game in Astron Belt cab w/ 12 games installed - Rochester NY

Had this sold once before but it fell through so it is back for sale. Fully working Daphne muti laser disc game with Space Ace, Dragons Lair, Astron Belt, Begas Battle, Cliff Hangar, Cobra Command, Galaxy Ranger, Interstellar, Mach 3, Road Blaster, Super Don Quixote and Us vs Them. Game plays great, nice monitor and control panel, cab has some chipping on the bottom but looks good. $550 pickup in Walworth NY. Pictures here:

I know nothing of lasers, but why isn't this a $1k + game like it seems all other lasers are.

Good looking game for sure.

Have you played Astron Belt? It was a real turd. Cab is extremely heavy, ridiculously heavy. With the other games it might be a nice game in the games room but it is probably as heavy as a DOT. Astron Belt also suffered from a real nasty layout of boardsets. Daphne probably did this cab some justice as it adds all the great laser games into the mix. The flight stick would make Mach 3 or Cobra Command fun games to play in this cab.

If you have details on how you built it, particularly the hardware and controls, I am interested in discussing it. Thanks.

I'm curious how you configured the CP for the games that require 2 buttons, such as Begas, Cliff Hanger, Cobra Command, Interstellar, MACH3, Road Blaster, and Us vs. Them, with only using a 1 button CP configuration.

Taking Cliff Hanger as an example, you have a Hands and a Feet button. Do you map the button on the left of the stick as one and the button on the right side the other??

Also, how did you map the rotating effect of the stick for Interstellar?

I'm guessing because it's not an actual laser game. It's an emulated setup. Daphne is run off of a PC, like MAME, but dedicated solely to the LD games which use captured images of the discs in conjunction with the ROMs.

I noticed the CP and wondered the same thing myself.
