Dan Reed's Journey MP3 Board Review -- It ROCKS!

Hi guys! About 1.5 years ago I decided that I wanted to build a Journey machine from the ground up. I found a board set on KLOV and wound up buying a reproduction cabinet from DPtwiz. I also bought Dan Reed's MP3 / sound board. Yesterday, I finally got to the point where I could hook Dan's board up. Man this thing ROCKS! The sound is nice and loud and the fade in and out are amazing! I wound up using a MP3 of separate ways which was made from a high quality WAV file of the original tape. I highly doubt that anyone would know the difference. I should be putting the finishing touches on the machine soon. I will create a separate thread in the restoration section with pictures when it is finally done. I just wanted to post this as a thanks and review for Dan's board......

Yeah, it is a "new born" for sure! It was alot of work but well worth it. I even put the aluminum FCC and Midway stickers on the back of the cabinet. I can't wait for it to be done! Almost there.....
