DAMN Who's arcade is this?

Damn good selection of classics! Spy Hunter sit-down, Pole Position cockpit AND a Turbo cockpit in ONE arcade?! That's one sick arcade!

The track & field has a track ball. I knew I wasn't crazy. Thats the first I seen one since from back in the day, and everytime I tell someone about it, they say they never saw one. When I played Track & Field at the local bowling alley it had a track ball, just like that one.

I saw those all over down here in the inbred South, I guess rolling your ball between your fingers was easier for the toothless rednecks here than trying to coordinate two buttons in a non-line dance rhythm.

Damn there I go insulting my uncle sister again.

All kidding aside, I did see quite a few of these back in the day - and I imagine if I ask my friends who are less VG eccentric they'd probably have forgotten this too. But I remember those like they were yesterday.

Thats how I always knew Track & Field. Never saw a button only version until now in the collecting days. I remeber how my fingers would hurt after trying to get that track ball to spin really fast.

Nice looking arcade but a testament as to why these games are no longer out in the wild in mass. There was NO ONE in there. Could be because the place was closed or it was during the middle of the week but still...

Whenever my wife wants to go to the beach, I suggest right next to that arcade. I've been there 2x this summer.

Indeed, nice collection. I am going to NJ during Thanksgiving, and will try to make it there. It's a real pity there are not more like that around.

I haven't been there since fathers day. I think it is almost time to go back.

for those googling directions it is the carousel arcade on the south end of the seaside heights boardwalk (funtown pier). there is an arcade with a carousel on the north end (casino pier) but that is not the one you want.

they also have a damn good candy shop on the way in. mmmmmm salt water taffy. :D
