So I went to look at a Cyclone pinball for Alky to possibly purchase for one of his customers. I got there and the thing was in audit mode because the batteries were dead. I tried to click the test buttons to get it out of audit mode and the buttons were doing nothing at all. Now the red plunger wire was broken off, so I am wondering if that would cause the black switches not to work as well? The batteries were leaking very badly, so I am really leaning towards the MPU having acid damage on it, more likely than the red plunger wire being broken. Also I read earlier today on WPC machines you can turn them off and back on fast and get them past audit mode that way, does this work on System 11's as well?

Thanks!!!

Well after a lot of searching in RGP it looks to me like the switches are not working due to the battery acid on the MPU. If anybody is interested in a non working but nice Cyclone that needs the MPU repaired for $1000 shoot me a PM and I will forward the guy's contact info to you.
