Is the score you get supposed to be what the clown is pointing at? Mine seems to be the score below his finger but then sometimes it appears to be random.

It should be where his finger is pointing. There is a diagnostic that spins and stops and displays what should be there, that might help in figuring out if it is working correctly.

Well, FUnny story.

While researching my problem I found that most people said that there was an issue with spacing the wheel to the motor assy or the set screw wasnt tight enough. I went back and opened it up first checking the spacing and I thought it could be pushed back a hair since 1/32 of an inch isnt much. I moved it back and then went to tighten the set screw only to find that it shot out and broke half the plastic on the wheel.

SO I FREAK OUT since this machine HAS to ship today. I quickly grab super glue and then I apply it and let it sit. When it dries I realize that the wheel is now TOO close and rubbing. I cant even get the damn wheel off now because I super glued it. SO I take a small blade from a jig saw and hold it with some needle nose and start sawing away at the plastic thats rubbing. It saws very easily to my surprise and when I hook it up I notice the wheel and score seem to be right on target with where the hand should be. SO I quickly screw in the assembly and VOILA it works perfectly now. Im buying a spare to ship to them with the understanding of what happened in case it ever gets jenky on them so they have a brand new one.

So everyone have a laugh at my expense, but in the end it works perfectly.
