I'm converting a WWF Superstars machine into a WWF Wrestlefest machine.

I purchased a Wrestlefest marquee to replace the Superstars marquee. I received it, but it is too big by a few inches and won't fit in my cabinet. Is there any way to cut the marquee down to size, or should I just buy another one?

Thanks!

Scissors?

What is it made out of? Will the image you want fit in the finished size? If it's plexi, scoring blades in a standard box cutter work well.

I don't think that's uncommon with some of these jamma games. I replaced the marquee on my NBA JAM TE and the NOS one I bought was larger. It's probably because they were throwing these games in multiple cabs...some of which had larger marquees. I ended up just cutting mine with a combo of exacto knife and scissors. Just remember to measure twice and cut once ;)

Again I would recommend a scoring blade as opposed to a standard knife blade - having done it both ways, I can tell you that it makes it much easier to score a straight (and deep) line with one. You can find one for about $3 at any home improvement store. They look something like this.
