so here is the issue
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XQ4mHfYQY4
now the monitor was recapped and it didn;t change anything. so then during the trouble shooting of the monitor the chassis got a little more messed up when throwing in a jumper. beyond that i had another monitor i pulled that i know works great....connected the game and got the same graphical interference. so then i got another konami board and threw it in.....SAME interference.
i think it has to do with pulling the power and ground off the board. anyone familiar with the old konami hardness and how they cut and bypasses those two positions on the board. its the only thing that is making any sense to me.
the monitor i pulled works great so i know it has to be something with the harness. anyone help. all the konami board i got with the lot have wires soldered on the board that bypass power and ground that the had been looped into the harness wires.
