Custom Vac forming available

OK I have rtead over the items people have asked for since last week.

Te bowling pins are injection molded, not formed. I cannot do these in that mnedium. I can do cast parts of them and I can tell you how. PM me.

The seats would be good but more than likely wont fit on my table. I would need measurements to make sure.

The bezel shrouds are always a good thing and most will fit my table. Get me measurements and PM me with the size. I am already doing some of those for another member, different games.. so it is possible.

and BTW, YES.. I can get duramold cabinets done. BUT.. I need a cabinet to take molds from. But yes folks, they can be done.

+1

I have three pole positions and all of them with cig burns on the shroud.

So far only one person has come forward and sent me parts to have work done. I will not steal their thunder at all. So when they are ready to let you know, it will be done.

So many good ideas, but no one is coming forward to get anything done other than the asking stage.

Hey Phineas, I have a PP shroud you can take a mold from.
It has ciggy burns on the dashboard, so you all can get the exact same burns I have, wouldn't that be cool? :drive:

Well, actually since you take an inside mold the exterior wont show at all. So yeah bring it on over. I am in Hillsboro and we can get these things going! :O)

Hey now, there are 2 R's in Hillsburrito! Hopefully toward the end of this month. I'm hoping to get the pin working this weekend and I have some monitor work I really want to get done before having a party. But you know you're always welcome to stop by if you're in the area. Don't need a party to play some Sea Wolf!

Phin, on the Spy Hunter seat, it's only the seat back that's plastic. So hopefully it wouldn't be too big. I can get some measurements on it if you want. I got a PM expressing interest in it. If this is something you can make, I will see how much interest I can drum up, but I bet we could get enough. I think it's common for these to be cracked.

Shan- Gotcha! I have a table right now that is 16 x 20 working area... but i am making a new one that is 22 x 22 working area. So yeah, if it fits, I can do it! Yes, The Burrito! LOL!

Let me know the size.. I am off of Golden and 52nd ave...

The problem is that original exterior has leathery texture to it, like grains, don't know how to explain it. English is not my native language. The inside is smooth. If the texture isn't reproduced I might as well use sand paper, bondo and spray paint.

I am not sure how the original part was made.

I know what you are trying to say. I have been making molds and forming stuff for over 15 years now. I know all that needs to be done to remake the parts. No issues...

I measured the pole position shroud, its roughly 24" x 24", is that to large ? If not I will remove the best out of the three I have and ship it to you this weekend.

Sega Out Run plastics

My friend and I are working on his Sega Out Run upright and he *DEFINITELY* wants repros made of all the plastics that are on the upright.

Put us down for a set of those if you can get enough market to do some Sega Out Run plastics.

I think pinball ramps would be into this. I wouldn't mind having an extra ramp for my Swords of Fury. I bet there are other popular ones that had a tendency to crack. You might want to mention this service in the google pinball group.

Id buy a set too for outrun.

I just wanted to put my two cents into this thread.

Phineas Foo is legit guys. He's done some initial work for me and it's quality stuff!! Being a stickler for the details (a little OCD, some of you have called me), I know when I'm working with someone who knows what they're doing. Phineas knows what he's doing and he's easy to deal with. If you were on the fence before, get off that fence and send him some of your business! And if I were you, I'd do it NOW, before he smartens up and leaves us for something better!!

So, Phineas gets two thumbs way, WAY up as far as I'm concerned.

Just remember, the part needs to be smaller than 24" x 24" (correct me if I'm wrong, Phineas), so keep your parts requests relatively SMALL. If you have an original part in hand, PM him, get his info and send your original to have remade. It's pretty simple and painless.

Thanks for being part of our community, Phineas!!
