Current games in our store

When I say clean with toothbrush I mean the cleaning crud off the outsides. I clean crud off a lot of old games. I do the insides myself, I couldn't afford to pay someone to do it for me.

Otherwise I'd pay someone to do the crud part :)

Gotcha! now i understand!

So whats your secret for cleaning the outsides of an NES cart ?

what you are pulling in weekly must barely pay for the electricity bill for those.

I would imagine that a nice 4 player game would do better than classic ones.

I have a handfull of games in a food court and it's my Neo Geo with MS2 that beats everything. Point Blank does well, Wacky Gator good.... my Classics machine with a 48:1 does the worst with TMNT doing a little better. I'm working to get a SF2 in there also.

You really do need some JAMMA machines. MvsCapcom should do well in your store. That kind of money maybe isn't worth the wear and tear on your machines if you consider them your personal ones.

Blow on it, put the cartridge in just enough so that when you lock it down it scrapes the back of the door hatch. If that doesn't work repeat. Also make sure to wrap the video chord underneath to quick-fix the jacked-up, shorting socket. If none of this works throw controller (these are basically indestructable so feel free to go to town on 'em.)

This made me laugh.

Hey Prairied1ll0 are your games in a mall foodcourt? Did you get tax tags and write up contracts and stuff to put your games at the food court? I think it's cool that these games are on location somewhere. It helps expose the newer generation to something which they might otherwise never encounter.

Stopped by your shop this evening for a couple minutes with the son. Didn't have a lot of time so I didn't bother you guys since you were starting the tournament.

We did buy those cool Donkey Kong color books you were selling... which my kids wanted me to tell you are awesome! ;)

Loved playing Joust! (I'm jealous!!!) The flap button sticks a little which isn't a problem until you're fighting the blue guys.

Very nice store! :beerchug:

Ah, that was you? You should have said something! I'll never beat that Joust score you set.

Heh... like I said we didn't have a lot of time and if I would have opened my mouth... hours probably would have gone by and then I would have been in trouble.

We're going to be stopping back soon(maybe tonight) because I forgot just how much fun Joust is. :D

GREAT selection of classic console items btw!
