What's the best black cab paint for micro roller use? Looking for something from Home Depot or Lowe's if anyone has a favorite they want to share.

I use "Black Magic" semi-gloss from Sherwin Williams with an 8" foam roller....Here is a Punchout I did a while back using that color....

Nice!

That works for me and I have a SW close by. How much (ball park) paint did it take to do your cab? One coat coverage?

Two coats, used about 2/3-3/4 of a quart.....
I go one light coat, let it dry a day, then do a second. One coat just isn't quite enough..... any more ??? just PM me.....

Thanks for the info.

I have an Icade 60 in 1 board on order for a JAMMA conversion. The cab is solid but needs some paint and I need to cut a new back door. I want to re-cap the chassis & neck board then pretty up the cab.

Right now I am rebuilding my Whirlwind pin then the vid gets the treatment.

(I am near Lorain,Ohio.)

Rustoleum is available in quarts in gloss, semi-gloss, and satin. The inner cabinet/black areas on Midway, Williams, etc.. cabinets look great with the Rusto satin, but for a cabinet exterior, I'd have to go with semi-gloss.
