Any one have a kind they like/use. I am not a big fan of drilling holes, but if needed I can do so.

Let me know what you have and where to get them. I have one sit down driver (SF rush) and the rest are uprights.

Thanks.

Restore a few games that have been the victim of some idiot that's spilled his drink on/in and all over the place and that should erase any thoughts of doing something so foolish. If you really get that worked up and thirsty during gameplay, have your old lady walk around the room with a bar maid outfit on and feed you and your buddies a sip from a straw every once in a while.

Those drink holders used for 10-speed bikes work perfectly. ;)

There was actually a dollar store near me selling them for $1 for a while. I put two on the front of my PPII in the t-molding. That way, no real damage was done to the cab at all, just 2 holes/threads into the already-existing t-mold slots.

Can take a pic if that makes no sense.

And just don't be as clumsy with your drinks as all the haters in here apparently are. :D

NO DRINKS NEAR THE GAMES! - Can't you read the sign????????

I get nervous having drinks on my cocktail cabinet, even though that's what it was designed for.

I recommend getting one of these:

Tell me about it.

Everyone who visits puts their drink on my Warlords `cause it's a natural thing to do. And I'm like, if it spills, I've got hundreds of dollars in repairs staring me in the face...

Is your game next to a wall? They make quite a few wall mounted cupholders. Better to drill into your drywall than your game. I bought this one at an RV supply store.

Dude, why even buy a cupholder, just set it on the control panel, what do you think that extra space is for? It also works great as a cigarette holder.

I have used this method on my pins.

Although, it took me a looooong time to find some of those oldschool cup holders to modify.

Why not just get a Namco Exceleena? They have cup holders built in from the factory!

(Never mind the fact that they're extremely hard-to-find cabs...)

NO to cupholders on games. that is is too damn tacky. I have some cheap Ikea barstools that work well enough to set drinks on..

If you weld, you can make up some pretty simple free standing idiotproof holders out of angle iron and round tube. Thats what they did at Ground Kontrol.

is anyone really THAT thirsty???? you could wait till your game is over.

But I am guilty of at one time time considering on attaching a cup holder where some holes were pre-drilled in on my pac-man. It took me some time before I shook the idea off my head.
I am till this day, glad I never did that.

I would think a folk who could restore an antique arcade game could also whip up a satisfactory drink stand/holder.
