I have for sale is this dedicated, unrestored, fully functioning Crystal Castles upright arcade machine made by Atari in 1983. This machine has an excellent monitor and plays great. The trackball is the original translucent one and actually lights up. A new bulb was put in, trackball polished, sliders cleaned, and ball bearings lubed so the trackball works great. Both buttons are the proper red leaf spring buttons and are fully functioning.
The cabinet of this machine is in top notch condition all around. The side art is original, still glossy, and has only minor limited nicks and scratches. The control panel overlay is original, not the new cheap thin vinyl stuff that is out there now, and is very clean and presentable with only a few minor cracks and nicks. Smoked glass is practically perfect. Marquee area on this machine is great and original. Reproduction marquees seem to crack where it curls under and are not very thick, does not really have the proper texture either, making the whole thing transparent so the whole rectangle where it says "Crystal Castles" lights up and does not look very good. Whereas on the original, like on this one, it is thicker, has the proper texture, is not cracked where it rolls down, and only the areas that are supposed to be transparent let light through. Looks great. New bulb starter put in, new fluorescent bulb, and area cleaned.
The monitor on this machine is beautiful. Colors are extremely vibrant. No weird waves, no stretching of the screen, or anything like that. Looks excellent! Monitor has new capacitors, fly back replaced, and rejuvenation (guns cleaned thus making colors more vibrant). The game plays great and there are NO glitches in the sprites or anything like that. Sound is great with no issues. Right slot on coin door works. Original manuals included.
This machine is an all-around great machine that is good to go for many years to come. One of the nicer examples out there and even better that it is original condition and not restored. Contact me if you are interested in purchasing. I am located in zip 53221.

I will of course help with loading and have a dolly. I can deliver to a certain local distance for a fee which can be negotiated.
I would keep it but there are other games at the top of my list. I prefer to sell outright but may consider a trade. I would consider trading straight up for the following: Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Punch Out, Robotron, Gravitar, Moonwalker, a few other arcades, pinballs like Simpsons, Turtles, Mario, or Terminator. I would consider trading for the following but would need cash in addition or work something else out: Any Donkey Kong, Atari vector games, Radar Scope, Dig Dug, almost any Street Fighter, Mega Man, Neo Geo MVS, Contra, etc…
