Hello, Can anyone offer a little help to a stranger please?

I am making a JAMMA adapter for a Crystal Castles PCB. The only power requirements for the PCB are +5 and +10.3 vokts.
Can I use 12 volts instead of the 10.3 without damaging the pcb?
Anyone know what is the 10.3 volts is running on the PCB?
I did try booting up the board with just 5 volts but only got a yellow screen with lines thru it. After that I hooked 12 volts to the 10.3 volt pin on the board and the game came up in attract mode, I quickly shut it off. I dont want to keep running it untill I know its ok to use 12 volts. Help....Please!

+12V is fine. It's used for the power-on reset and audio amps, but neither should mind.
