After a few long months Mrbill2084 and I finished this deal. Thanks Bill for delivering this down with the condition my leg is in (I'm 2 weeks post op on an Achilles tendon rupture). Hope you made it back up to SJ safely.

This will be my second CC but this time it'll be staying in the collection. It requires some monitor and body work but I have plans on making it switchable with Atari Force Liberator. Which begs the question on the control panel.

Any Atari experts know why CC not use the LED start buttons to start a game? Did they get start getting cheapo 83?

I don't know the answer to your question but congrats on the CC. I had one years ago, sold it, and picked up a cocktail version not too long ago. This one is a keeper too. Cheers

Hope your happy with it.. Man, you might as well say you live in san diego... :)

I made it back on friday. 36 hours and 850 miles. I had to make a delivery on saturday to SF or else I would have gone to CGE..

I probably should have thought of this and told you earlier. I have a spare control panel with a decent overlay if you need one for your project..

I might take you up on this, let me see what condition this CP is under the plexi - However, I'm going to try a triple button configuration that won't require me to drill. Not sure how it's going to look, but I'm really after function (getting both games to work in this cab, while trying to keep the look of the machine as original as possible).
