Was working fine then the screen would go white after about 30 minutes but still play in the background. I restart it then it would work for about 30 more minutes. I swapped the board out with a known working board and the machine keeps rebooting? I swap the old board back in and the same problem?

VIDEO:

Swapping boards tends to indicate the problem follows the cabinet. The only thing the cabinet has that would cause this kind of trouble might be:
1) The other boards
2) The power supply

I'd start with checking the reading of the power supply while the game is running.

So it booted but screwed up after a while, so you swapped in a different board and it wouldn't boot, so you went back to the original board and now THAT board won't boot anymore?

Check out your edge connector. Also look at the voltages on the board.

Checking voltages tonight. There are actually 2 problems. The 1st is the white screen but game still playing in background. I narrowed that down to a faulty cap in the monitor.

I originally thought the white screen was the board so I swapped the board with a known working board and the problem in the video posted above started. I swapped the original board back and now original board has same problem as the known working. Seems to be the power supply so I am going to check that tonight...
