I came across a Cruis'n USA that plays blind, dead monitor but has game sounds. I think it is a stand-up version with no chair, with the big 25" monitor. (Either that, or I didn't see the chair. Did they all have chairs?)

Any opinions on this? How much is too much to pay? Just wanting to get some feedback to make an offer.

Thanks for any advice!

Cruisn USA's have been going for around $450 working in my area. With a dead 25" monitor, that's the money right there. I personally would only pay $100 for it, and $150 tops if its something you really wanted. If you are not able to repair the monitor, it will cost $250 to $300 to replace it with a new one, and that's what the seller has to realize, or already knows.

I believe some were stand ups also. I could be wrong though.

Cool, that sounds like solid advice!
