Does anyone know what it would take to convert a Cruis'n Exotica or Cart Fury to Rush 2049?

I can get a working Denver box (the whole PCB setup)... I do believe the force feedback motors are the same between games? Driver boards likely arent though I do believe those are included in the Denver PCB box?

Anyone done this kind of conversion?

I'd sell the cabs you have and just get the real thing. 2049s are around $500 or less these days.

If/when I come across a $500 2049 I'm all over it.

I'd actually prefer an upright...

There was an upright for sale around here for a long time, and it was a very nice one. Not sure if I would prefer that, though. I would like to have 3-4 2049s in a row but space is pretty tight.

Is Cart Fury any fun to own? I have always thought about owning one but I am not sure it would get played or be worth the effort and money. They did not make a lot of those.

With the possible exception of the wheel driver boards, all three of those games used completely different hardware so you are far better off just finding the actual machines.
