I'm fairly certain I have a bad potentiometer on this Crazy Taxi but wanted to get some input first.

Looking in volume settings in manual is says i should be under 30H when released and over C0H when stepped on.

In volume setting mode I can get min 20H but only 46H max.

Accelerator pedal goes to c3H which is in range with the manual

Potentiometer bad?
