Hey Guys,

I picked up what appears to be a boot-leg version of crazy kong.

I think I've identified it as a ALCA board based on this site:

http://www.dsbelec.iinet.net.au/ckong.htm

Problem is I have no idea what to use to connect the game up? The PCB connetor seems to be way smaller than any DK adpator I got from Vector Labs. Is there some kind of Crazy Kong ALCA boot-leg to Jamma adapter somewhere I can purchase?

Any help to push me in the right direction would be great.

Thx

you need an 18/36 edge connector. its a pretty common size and we stock it along with almost anywhere you can get them.

It's not falcon, though it is close
That is my site, if you use Falcon, it may blow up the board

Use the chart on the site you first quoted and double check the powers (GND, +5, +12) are correct before running it

Yah that..

I was going to say you really need to make sure you have it 100% figured out, if you just hook power up to it you can fry your board pretty easy.. been there done that.

Here's a close up pic of the connector pin on the board. I think it's Falcon..

Well after all this I either fried the board with my connector or the board I bought was a bust...

Back to square one. lol

Another got a working Crazy Kong board?
