Crazy idea for an Indy Heat but need someone to repair the board

I saved this game from the dump last year and I need to either finish it or part it out to clear some room. The cabinet is so water logged it's beyond rescue. So my crazy plan was to put wheels under the front pedestal with the steering wheels and pedals and move everything inside that while scraping the main cabinet. Then roll the pedestal to my bar TV (Using a Vga converter to the LCD) when it's played then back into my storage room when not played. At least in my mind that would be awesome and In spirit it would live again! I considered building a new cabinet but it's such a big game and all my slots are full with games I truly love but it's to cool of a game not to want to keep.

Now the problem is the board is dead, the power supply was bad so I swapped in another and still noting from the board. I SUCK at diagnosis on boards and would love to find someone to repair it but my search has came up empty for people who work on this board. Plus I wouldn't want to spend a fortune on it just to have a hacked together cabinet that would hold no value to anyone but me, plus not knowing what else will need replaced even if I got the board working.

So does anyone know if someone to repair the board or want to try their hand at amature repair work (worst case you screw it up and I won't even be mad)?

Is this just a stupid idea? Or would it make more sense to part it out so someone else can save thiers?

Anyone have any ideas who repairs this board? Or anyone want to experiment with their repair abilities?
