hmmm...looky what I picked up. Yes, the spinner makes the whrrrr noise when you spin it fast.
They originally said that it had a horizontal white line that went left and right, about an inch thick. It played blind though. After I arrived and asked to plug it in, they said that they were going to try and replace a fuse on the monitor, so they removed it but couldn't remember where it went. So I didn't plug it in yet.
