Seller: Tempest Video Game, Great outside condition. Needs some work inside. $300.00 OBO.

Worth it? Looks to be in good condition, but I've never worked on a color vector monitor.

While you are being a cheapskate on a game that's worth more than $300 even parted out, someone is now buying it before you.

I agree that seems like a good price. The only problem is you can't see the insides to verify it's complete or what it might be missing.

If you buy it, let me know as I'd be happy to buy it from you and have you send it down to the Chicago area.

Some sellers are selling the monitor alone for $350..

Wow, fast response from seller:
Sorry to inform you, but the arcade game has been sold. Thank you.

Next time you see what you feel is a good deal, contact the seller and have it in your truck before you even think about posting anything about it here.

Sounds crazy... but I think you need to get someone who's asking price is on the high side for any kind of chance of wheeling-n-dealing on a tempest. Anything below 500 will just be sold, and fast! If the asking price is between 600-1000 you may have some time and wiggle room... of course this depends greatly upon the area.

There was a complete non-working (played blind) tempest for $300 in my area..was advertise here also.

Never sold..machine was parted

Move to California where you will go broke trying to live but you can get amazing deals on arcade games every week if you really want to.
