Could this be the future of Virtual gaming?

So now they are trying profit sharing eh? I think that is a bit better than the $50,000 they were trying to get for them or maybe not. Overall I think they are too expesive and profit sharing sux!!!!!

Saw this on Shark Tank tv show. The investers said no to the deal. Its funny they say it would be great for gaming yet none of the current uses are arcades. The list they provide is trade shows, musuems and exhibits.

Edit: I hate websites that have Black backgrounds, F's up your eyes when you go back to a normal screen.

"potentially combined w/existing game consoles... ", which means they haven't figured that part out yet.

Ditto on the black background, and anyone who thinks that a web site should have a 30 second flash intro (or in fact, ANY intro) should be soundly beaten. It's not a movie, it's a web site.

The profit sharing is probably their way to try to get the first couple units out the door and making some money - they probably couldn't sell them yet, so they have to try anything they can think of.

Good luck to them, but I think they've got a long road if they want to make a buck with this thing.

Sorry I prefer doing it the old fashion way, the cabinet style way!

Let us not tell you that you need a room the size of Mad Max's Thunderdome to house this over sized hamster ball. Wow - this idea is crap. Now if it was a 3D virtual hooker with USB attachments then that'd be a WHOLE different story heh.

Its a good concept. I think they should tweak the games and market it to the military. With IR sensors on the outside of the unit and sending units attached to a mock M-16 and a game like call of duty 2 and you would have a pretty decent battle simulator. 16 units housed in small hospital sized rooms all linked in the same on-line game could be the equivalent of flight sims for the infantry. Its like the Bradley tank simulator running on battlezone. It wouldn't be perfect, but you could do a lot with it.
