Does anybody have a recommendation on using corner protectors? I have a Rampage cabinet with a bad broken corner. I'm afraid that even if I take the time to fix it nice it will most likely just get broken again sometime in the future. I'm looking for something thin / low profile that still covers a few inches.

I have used these before. The only issue is that if your cabinet is badly damage these are only about 1/2" deep and do not cover the whole corner edge. Only about 1/2 and if you do not have a lot of material left it maybe hard to secure it and have it stay strong. I am just looking back a past experience, I wish they made them about 3/4" to 1" deep.

If its not too bad to replace the wood, but bad enough that you think Bondo isn't strong enough for a permanent solution...
Use the fiberglass hair/ resin instead. Bondo brand is what I buy.
I promise you, your cabinet will break in another spot before this stuff breaks.
And, it's about the same price as regular bondo.
Just use it to reshape the broken corner, sand, then follow up with plain bondo.

Works for me every time.
