I know Wells Gardner made television chassis for a lot of store brand TV's. Is that a Sears or a Montgomery Wards or something?

The WG4500 is basically a direct modification of a television chassis - it even has the old style "cheater" power socket on the frame. The 4600 was a TV design as well - and you've found one!

Take some better pictures of the chassis. I wonder if the main PCB is the same, with different daughter cards?

The chassis is the same. If you look at the 4600 chassis there is an extra slot for another daughter card, that is where the tv tuner plugs in. I have not pulled it all apart, but I am pretty sure the pcb will be the same, but have different components on it. And yes Cadillacman, I am almost 100% sure the flyback is the same!

They were used in arcade games as well.

This is likely conjecture, but I'd always thought that WG bought the chassis design from somebody else, sorta like how Electrohome bought the G07 from JVC.

I haven't dug into this Exidy Fire One yet so I don't know what make is stamped on this modified TV..
