Picking up a RB this week and Im thinking of converting it into a Marble Madness.

How hard will it be to find a MM board, cpo, and marquee?

And approx cost and ease of doing this. Im pretty sure RB and MM are both Atari System 1 and use same cabinet.

I never see any MM stuff so thats going to be the hard part I would think.

It's extremely easy as you just swap the daughter board, control panel, and marquee.
Board swapping is done from the front of the cabinet.

Marble Madness kits tend to range from 300-400.

just so you are aware MM requires a system 1 main board that has a LETA chip. It would seem that many if not most system 1 main boards have the LETA chip but not all of them do. I believe the LETA chip is what allows the track ball to work. So without a LETA the game will probably boot and credit but will not respond to the track ball.
