Yo,

We've been wanting to convert a medium res monitor (Top Skater's monitor, in particular) to a game that runs off a standard signal. So say if I wanted to use a JAMMA board, what kind of converter would I need to use to get this to work? Or does this kind of converter even exist? Let me know if you guys have any info on this. Thanks.

Yo,
Easy solution, trade someone your med res for a standard res. There is a lot more standards then med res monitors out there. Somebody. Should want to trade you.

Well, it's a 50" projection tube. I wasn't even aware than 50" standard res projection tubes even existed. With a little more research, I found a board that can convert medium res to VGA, but not something that could convert to medium res. Ooof...

EDIT: Also, I'd be using Marvel VS CApcom 2 for this particular conversion. Since it uses a VGA out, would I be able to use one of those VGA converter boards and have it wired backwards, or would that not work?
