Has anybody ever experienced this before?

This is a 9K7704 Monitor.

Thoughts? ( Before i just do the "Cap Kit" solution" )

Looks like some kind of signal is being intermixed into the H/V Deflection Circuit.

That's an awesome amount for the convergence to be off.

Is the monitor physically located near any antimatter?

Are you near the galactic center?

i thought the same thing on the yoke being off, but it is not. its is very tight and secured to the tube with no signs of being moved.

i do agree, a cap kit is in order for it, i have not done any more "diagnosis" with it yet, its out of an old Merit machine.

i always like cap kits....:D BUT the convergence is off equally throughout so i think that part of it has to be adjusted with the rings. you will need the full screen working to make it easier to adjust. its not even width top to bottom so i think there are several issues going on with it.
