Continetal Circuit guys please chime in (pics attached)

I need confirmation on what in the blue hell the pins on the following picture are. On my Chase HQ board (which has the same pin out) there's a set of 2 red and 2 black wires soldered to the pins that run to the positive and negative terminal on the power supply. (Also shown below). I am trying to install a CC pcb on my Chase cab but I am clueless on what these are. So far I tried just hooking up the jamma harness to the board and it doesnt power up.

Also, on the sound board, there seems to be all those pins. IS there a harness that is suppose to attach there?

Thanks guys :)

Cont Circuit

I have most of the wiring harness in a cont circuit cab I scrapped, there is also a couple small little bds in the cab that still have wires attached. Do you think the harness would help you( also have control panel, marquee and gas pedal...

Yes it would. Anything inside the cab I would be interested in taking especially the connector that powers up the bottom PCB.

Thanks,
Sergio

con circuit stuff

any clue what shipping cost from 25832 to you would be???? Ill strip rest of useful stuff out of cab and send you for $35.00 plus shipping

If I recall correctly, Continental Circuit and Chase HQ are NOT Jamma.

Both are not Jamma Ken or just one of them? I was thinking of adding a Jamma extention harness and mount the Continental Circuit pcb near the bottom of the cab but if they arent Jamma, it will not work, correct?

If anyone owns this cabinet, can you please send me or post pictures of the PCB's and wiring harness inside the cabinet? The lack of help on this topic or information regarding this game is driving me nuts.

Appreciate it :)

Pic of the video connector. Gently work each side with a small screw driver. There shouldnt be any type of chips holding it to the pcb. Second pic is of the bottom power harness that you dont have. I have another one, but its burnt pretty bad so I dont even know if its any good. Also metered the connector at 5volts.

I'd say that's a really nasty bodge by someone who didn't have a connector handy. Anyhow, if I'm reading this correctly then looking at the colour of the wires and the fact that four pins are tied to each then it looks like it is indeed a power supply input. I would have thought if you pick a 'well known' ie 74series logic chip on that board and measure between the power supply pins on the chip itself and the connector you should see they are connected.

Can't help with the sound connector though I'm afraid. Although once you identify the power amp on the board you could try and get the pinout for that and then you should have your (stereo?) outputs and power supply raills.

Karl.
