1/15/2012. Something's screwy with his Paypal account and it'll take him that long to give up on sorting it out and figure out a different means of payment.

Except it won't be him picking it up. His next excuse will be Thanksgiving is coming. Then he'll have to save that cash for Christmas. By January he'll flake, but it will be under good terms. You'll forget about it for a week or so. Then by late January/early February you'll realize you could use the room and post it publicly FS. Someone picks it up a few weeks later.
