To all those who need a little help figuring out how much some of your older system's games are selling for these days, here is a handy price guide.

http://www.videogamepricecharts.com/console/super-nintendo

Many classic system are listed as well as nearly the full library of games for each. Recent eBay auction prices listed on charts will help you ascertain the price you seek.

Hope this site helps those who need it.

I believe Silvercoin has my new favorite avatar.I checked out rarityguide's prices....way off on a majority of them. A lot are crazy desperate collector's prices.Even most of the prices on the loose carts are high in my opinion.I know it's just a "guide",but sheesh. And of course anyone selling is going to point to this site and claim the values to be ironclad.Blah.

And that's the problem with price guides.. I've tried trading around town here in Milwaukee, and there is always some guy that whips out a guide and goes for each price by the book.

I can tell exactly which Game Crazy stores in my area go by these prices. They usually all sit $1 above the listed price.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. Normally because game prices fluctuate so much, I just use eBay. I mainly pick up stuff for my own collection, and rarely to resell, and I'll use it to see if I may be paying to much for games.

Most of the time I use Digital Press' Online Rarity Guide, but not for prices. I have some printouts of the rarity guide (in my glove box), listing the rarity only, and I'll pick up usually anything over an R4. It has to be really special for me to spend over $10 for something. I'm cheap like that.

Ah, the Game Crazies... I visit whenever I go to see family in Salem

as for the prices... I know they are a bit high, but I always knock a few bucks off the prices I see there, if I'm trying to be "fair" and not just sell them to get rid of them
