Connecting a Vectrex to a vector cab possible?

A while back I put together a design for a vectrex board that plugs into an asteroids harness... never did the layout for it or anything though... heh.

I need to look into what extra stuff is needed for the multicarts....

Good point wouldn't be that hard to get an edge connector for Bob Roberts or something get the Asteroids cabinet pinouts and just solder wires from the Vectrex on to the edge connector and make it plug and play. This would also eliminate the need for making a huge ass custom harness.

Ian (retrohacker) and I have talked about doing this for quite some time.

Hey Mark make me one of these boards so it's plug and play in an asteroids cabinet and supports multicart and I'll GIVE you the game pictured below which is NOT the one I just sold but MUCH nicer, complete but currently plays blind. :)

I remember seeing one that a guy named Aaron brought to NWCGE here in Kirkland WA back in 03. He had placed everything in an old TV housing. I could ony find 3 Pics and none of them show it running but it did run. Here's a link to the page on Cyberroach.com it's in part II
