Congo problem

Hi I am working on a was working Congo. I replaced the leaky battery on the WPC-95 MPU board with the button battery from TNT that is really easy to install I also cleaned up the acid that was on the board I plugged it back in now it does does not turn on all the Machine the DMDs not on I changed out the new security chip with the old one the game just beeps I am not sure what else to do any help is much appreciated thanks
