I got really bad luck recently....

When my Commando PCB finally arrived, Ive made a Jamm adapter for it. After sometimes game powered up propetly, and sometimes there was strange graphic garbage on the screen... Checked, resoldered....Finally it died. No sound, no graphics. There is around 4,8V still around the board so it has power. Got any advice?

Get a logic probe, pull the data sheet for the CPU and see if it looks to be running. Also check the voltages at the CPU, RAM and ROM chips sometimes, just because the board has power dows not always mean that the chips are getting the correct power.

4.8V at the board is probably not enough for the logic to run properly. See if you can adjust the supply to provide a good 5.0V at the board.

Damn it! I have bought a new Commando PCB and exactly same thing happened.....It was working at first boot-ups. After few days started to have some small graphics issues. And now it's dead and won't boot up! What gives! My PS is at 5.24V. I read 4,75V on the PCB for now...Is my cabinet eating Capcom PCB's? All other boards are working propetly....
