Come on USPS, How About Beta Testing?

Apparently USPS revamps their online site this weekend for purchasing postage. What a mess, the layout is similar to the last update, but I just can't believe these people don't test before releasing, some issues I've found:

1) Everytime I enter an International address is gives me an error, saying it needs my phone number. Okay, so I have to enter my phone number for EACH label. The thing is that they have my phone number in my profile, along with my address, etc, which is already auto-filled, but not the phone number.

2) Finally go to print the international labels, but that function is not working right, it won't go to my printer. Have to save each one as PDF and print individually, what a pain.

3) After I print everything there used to be an immediate reference to your tracking, so I could copy and paste into my order system or Paypal. Now I have to go my shipping history to pull it.

Just amazes me that the redesign the site, I'm guess to make it more efficient, but they've added more time to my label processing now.

I'm done venting, anybody else try it yet?

I did it last night. It definitely takes me longer to print my labels now. It took me a second to make sure I got everything in before I could get my label. The previous layout was much more efficient, even if it wasn't as pretty.
 
It was something I hoped wasn't going to happen. I always used the system before since it's more reliable than Paypal's. On Paypal's I would always get errors that their javascript would fail to generate the label properly and had to keep voiding labels which isn't cheap when shipping via EMS at $50 a pop.

The USPS system now seriously needs to be changed back to how it was, tried shipping something yesterday and it's horrible.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed it. It definitely takes longer each time and I do quite a bit of shipping with them, which just adds up to lost time.

It doesn't take much to figure out that it is not as efficent as the prior system.

Ooohh, I just ordered from you last night Anthony, (WG4900 gear)

Hope it gets fixed, but like you say, no beta :eek:
