combat tribes worth picking up?

use to play it at a pizza place years ago. meh. gets old after one level. However, it is jamma and it does have three controller setups, so unless the cab is mint dedicated, you've got several good platformers to plug into that one.

I enjoyed it as a kid at a local department store. Of course I never got past the early part of the 2nd stage on 1 quarter. It is one of those side scrollers that slowly drains your life for no apparent reason - like Capt. America. I HATED that feature.

it's an awesome game. i used to own one, and it never got old to play, and it always got played a lot at parties too.

great stress reliever! :) I love the spinning throw move, and just all out kicking the shit out of everyone smashing their faces together.

I enjoyed this thoroughly as a kid. not something I'd go out of my way to buy though.

I had two of these one I turned into a 60-1 the other I traded. My 8yr daughter loves the game I thought it was boring.

Well I picked it up pretty fun to play it's not an original cab orinally some 4x4 competition game but the cab is not bad and it works so not bad after all for $50.00

$50. Can't complain about that. 4x4 competition game eh? Looks like it might have been a rampage possibly.

Great buy on that cab, I think I paid about that for the board alone. It's a fun, mindless beat-em up game and a real quarter eater. Great for younger kids to play and mash the buttons.

I always thought everyone's proportions were a bit odd. The main characters had large upper bodies and relatively short legs, while the common thugs were all so short in comparison... I also felt like you should be able to utilize the enemy's weapons, like in Double Dragon & Final Fight... But aside from its quirks, it was a pretty fun beat 'em up, and you got it for a great deal. :)
