Colton Ca Auction: report 20 games 6 vids

Glad I didn't go as well. That's even smaller than the compton auction! But, hopefully, the 26 are in decent condition at least. At compton, more than half the cabs were not working.

I scored a nice Afterburner there thanks to Xray2 and Pete Cahill, as I couldn't make it :) Thanks guys. Can't wait to get this one home. I will post some photos. $125.

Does anyone know if you can turn on and off the shaker?

Louis, can you pick up the Astro Blaster later today/this evening?

I wonder if Superauctions is going to have any more auctions in California.

It feels like this is the end.

Yep, pretty sad. But glad I got the Afterburner :)

dont even bother buying them out just start your own auctions. you'll just have to find someone that is good at ghost bidding when he is auctioning everything off. that way it will be just like superauctions.

They've been threatening to never come back to San Jose ever since my first auction around 96. What was the last SJ SA? They use to do one in spring/summer then one around December (sometimes before xmas...).

You need to be a licensed auctioneer, then somehow convince area ops it is worth driving their junk...I mean quality yet not useful for modern route antique equipment...to the auction.

You also need super natural powers and the ability to spot ghosts in the room. The dead's bids are just as important as the living's. Sometimes more-so. Even if you're the only one that sees them in the room and be damned if they ever actually win anything.

Also get a deafening loud speaker and learn how to climb on top of games/equipment as if you are climbing over garbage in a landfill. Be so good at diagnosing machine repair that every issue is just a 5 dollar fix. Even if the machine is on fire.

Did I miss anything? Let's start an auction! :)
