good mornng guys. Can someone please post me a link or tell me where to go as I once seen how to dial in a monitor perfectly for color etc.
Will be using GO7 chassis
Kind regards

adjust Screen against black background. you want it to be black. then locate the cluster of 3 pots on the neckboard. these control red, green, and blue cutoffs. turn each one up fairly high to tint the black background to that color, then back off until it's black again. if your colors are lacking intensity then the electron guns in the tube are probably dirty. I personally don't like the weak color output of the G07, but they're fairly reliable. if you haven't replaced caps and flyback (be certain to route the white or red wire through the slot and cut it to near exact length to the solder post on the focus/screen block) then I would strongly encourage doing so.

I see what you mean but the game is too big for me to watch the colors adjust. But I see what you mean by making it fully black. The a color should come up sharp when I adjust a pot right? Thank you

Use a mirror, look up the manual ,Are you still working in a storage area? Avoid messing with stuff if it's too cold , wait till the weather is better . You can do it .

Yes I'm still in storage. I played my last game a few weeks back because the images on the monitor were going everywhere. Looked it up and the cold does that to monitors. So once it warms up I will buy a five dollar mirror and put it right in front of the game. Do what Mecca said to do.

Also looked up booting up game in cold weather and saw it causes condensation which messes up the board and various things. It has blankets over it like a baby, lol

Mecca gave me some pointers but if I am trying to dial in the colors on missile command is there anyway? I'm asking because the colored boards do not come until you hit the boards. Anyone ever, by themselves dial in the colors for this game?
Thank you

Get a TPG and the correct adapters.

Or put it into self test.

Just trying to figure out best way to dial in colors. I think a person has to play.,I can put it into test mode but the colors are weird

Not sure what you mean by "weird".

The best way is to follow the instructions for "White Balance" in the monitor manual.
You will need a way to show a completely black screen and a screen that shows white.

To get a black screen, you can disconnect the RGB input cable from the monitor.
To get a white screen connect your TPG to the monitor and find the screen that shows white.

Follow the instructions in the monitor manual. If you have specific questions ask us.
The more specific your questions are the better the answers will be.

I've just always used Buffett's Color and While balance video to adjust my monitors. (Not just Sanyos. Works for other monitors as well.)

Just use the black and white "checkerboard" screen on the TPG. You can also use the "falling blocks" screen because it's mostly black.

I personally don't try to overthink this kind of stuff. At some point you hit a level of diminishing returns, IMO. Most of these chassis left the factory with the intention of these pots being mostly centered. If you are having to twist any of these pots extremely in either direction, then chances are you are trying to over-compensate for something else that is out of whack on the chassis or tube.

Guys if I can get you the information on the tube, can you tell me what kind of chassis I can put on it.
