Collection Dilemma

auction a couple of your most ignored games for charity :)

Now there is an idea!

I would like to introduce myself, my name is "charity" :) :) :)

JK but that is an amazing collection you have and it would be hard to pick what goes and what stays

I must be in the minority, I love playing but hate fixing. I have owned over 100 different games since my first one in 97 but never more than 6 at once. Once I get my fill of playing I sell for something new. There are def a few I should have kept but overall no regrets. Frequently refreshing keeps me looking for deals.

I think we all experience this. I'm planning on my next pin purchase (Medieval Madness Remake I think) and I need space. So I'm thinking of selling my Mario pinball to get the space. But then I consider moving it to my basement storage area because "it will be hard to find another". Seriously though I rarely play Mario pinball... So it's absurd to keep it.

I guess I figure money is the "easier" part since you can always earn more but you can't find X game that is 20-30+ years old so easy anymore. That's why we hang onto stuff we don't play.

It's a hoarder mentality - we all need help desperately.

Maybe you have a game that friends/family like but isn't your favorite. That might be partial reason to keep one. I'm 50% playing and 50% fixing/building. Right now I'm playing a lot of Time Pilot while games like Galaga and Asteroids Deluxe sit. In a month or so that will change. If you do get rid of games you should at least get a multi so you can play if you get the urge.

Zeno ... it's good to see such a decisive move! I'm sure all your buyers will be in love with their new games.

congrats all around

True, his restored games are stunning. The vids and restores Zeno posted over time have been great.
