vendo 83G

That is a vendo 83 G it's one of the rarer 83's but its still an 83. 83's are not real valuable but soda machines are going for good money right now so I'm lost on a current value but a few short years ago a couple hundred would buy it. I'm guessing today around 300.00

Based on the condition of the machine from the photo, it is either an older restoration or a very nice original survivor. $300 would be a great price for a first "round top" Coke machine. I agree that the 83's were not greatly popular, but it is still a 1950's Coke machine... Prior to forking out the money - make certain that the bottle drum in inside of it. If that is missing, price decreases. People were known to remove the drums from those machines and use them as a garage refrigerator. Drums can be found, there is a company called Funtronics that specializes in parts for these old machines. I would guess if it was complete and cools, that $500-$700 would not be very far off as far as value would be concerned. Heck, the coin mech, chrome Vendo bezel, and coin door are probably worth about $350 alone. ($100 for a complete mech ; $150 for a non-pitted entry bezel; $100 for a rust free Large Mech Vendo coin door...). If you can get this for $300 JUMP on it. Miller Lites will fit in it just fine!

I don't think you are familiar with this machine it uses an electric mech. 35.00 for a mech and the door and entry bezel is hard to value but not worth the prices you thought as a large door mech setup if it used the large mech manual just the mech and slug rejector brings 450.00.
