Coin-op scale with monitor...who made this?

Back in the mid to late 80s, you could find this one in just about every pharmacy where I lived, and a couple of other places too.

Scale with simple platform, and a little CRT monitor. The "attract" mode featured a man and a woman walking up to the scale, putting a coin in, looking down to see their weight, and then walking away. Because the animation never changed during attract mode, these little monitors always had an obscene amount of burn-in.

It must've been popular for someone to remember the machine...
 
My local Fred Meyer store (common in the Pacific Northwest area) used to have one of those up till about five years ago.

I also remember seeing one or two in locations you wouldn't expect to see a coin-op scale.

I think they were quite popular for awhile...
 
Anyone have a picture of one of these machines? I'd love to see one and it would probably help other people remember it.

I've been looking for pictures for a long time, to no avail.

I'm guessing the monitor was about a 9" color unit. I'm pretty sure the coin slot was on the front, not the top.
