Digging through some of my stuff, I just found a few BOXES of what I believe to be NOS coin mechs. They were made by "Coin Mechanisms Inc." in Glendale Heights, Illinois. I have both metal and plastic ones available -- probably 50 or so of the metal ones and 30 or so of the plastic ones.

All of them are labeled '1" token', so I assume they are set for, of course, 1" tokens. :)

I am not sure on the "fair market value" of these. Please feel free to make an offer for groups of 5 of them if you are interested (i.e. I'd rather not sell singles just to make it worth my while to ship them)!

EDIT: Updating this first post with pricing information:

10 mechs (your choice of metal or plastic) for $65 shipped.
20 mechs (your choice) for $100 shipped.

(Anywhere in the USA where I can send a Priority Medium Flat Rate Box. Outside of that area, you pay the shipping.)

Thank you!

- John

If they were for smaller tokens I'd be all over em since we're going to be changing to tokens soon... But 1" is bigger than a quarter.

Are coin mech coin sizes adjustable? I was always curious, for example, if Aladdin's Castle had to swap out all their coin mechs to accept those little tokens.

I was wondering that too. Looking at these, it certainly looks like they are adjustable. I'll mess with them more soon and let everyone know.

The cutter is probably adjustable. The only way to adjust them for size is to bend the cradle. It can be done, I've done it many times--but it's a huge hassle. And on the plastic ones you wont' be able to "adjust" them.

Bump. Sold 20 so far. Will sell as follows:

10 mechs (your choice of metal or plastic) for $65 shipped.
20 mechs (your choice) for $100 shipped.

(Anywhere in the USA where I can send a Priority Medium Flat Rate Box. Outside of that area, you pay the shipping.)

Thanks!

Bump! Still have at least 40 metals left and probably 30-40 plastic.

I'll do the plastics for $80 for 20. Metals are $100 for 20.

Priority Mail shipping included in the USA!
