Coin door lights get 2 volts When directly connected to powersupply

I have a switching power supply and a jamma harness in my machine. I have two 12 volt coin lights in the door. I have a 6 port connector for the power coming from the power supply:

2x 12 from a single 12 volt on the PS
2x Ground from two grounds
1x 5 volt
1x -5 volt

The lights use one of the 12 volts and a ground, everything else uses the other ground(buttons).

When nothing is plugged into the JAMMA and the coin door lights are not plugged in, both ends read 12 volts. When I plug in the coin door lights, it immediately drops to 2 volts, and the lights are dim.

If I plug a gameboard into the JAMMA port, then the coin doors get 12 volts, and the gameboard gets 12 volts.

Anyone have an idea how I have my wiring incorrect?

Let me know if I need to re-phrase my wording.

Thanks!

Maybe you mixed up your grounds. Field Ground goes with the AC coming in and will be beside the AC inputs on the switcher. Any other grounds go with the DC outputs and will be near them and usually just marked "ground."

I believe I have my FG correct.

I uploaded some pictures to try to help.

Thanks!

I SOlved the problem. My power supply was bad and was not putting out 2 amps on the 12. I purchased a new power supply and all is well.
