Coil for a 42" Big Winner made by ICE games

I have a 42" Big Winner crane made by Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE).

I need the coil that goes inside the cylinder on top of the claw unit.

I called ICE and it seems they really have no interest in supporting this game anymore as they don't really have a stock of parts for this machine. They gave me a story about how it would need to be outsourced and they didn't know if they could get it or not, they figured they probably couldn't. I don't really understand this as they have "outsourced" the same part for the smaller 32" crane.

I've had numerous problems with this before including them not having a harness and needing to get ahold of another company to get the drawings to build one?

Either way I was wondering if anyone could help me out in tracking down this coil that I need for the claw unit on my 42" Big Winner crane.

It's part number XTC13B if that helps.

Is that the ICE part #? Is there a number on the coil itself?

I do not remember this model from ICE but if you know (or can measure) the max claw voltage then you could swap out the claw assembly with one that is compatible.

Post a pic of the one you have and I'll check to see what I have in my parts that may work.
